An empty room looks smaller than it is, and a concrete shell looks like a problem. Buyers struggle to judge scale, imagine furniture or see where the light falls. Physical staging fixes this for finished homes, but it costs money every month and does not work at all for a shell.
Virtual staging gives the same effect from photos or plans, and adds something physical staging cannot: the same room in several styles.
What you get
Furnished renders of each main room from photos of the empty space or from the plan.
Style options: the same room in two to four styles, as images or as an interactive switcher.
Before/after views for the listing, like the slider above.
Consistent finishes across the whole home, because all rooms come from one 3D model.
Yes. Send photos of the empty rooms, ideally taken from the corners, and we return the same views furnished. For unfinished shells we create the finished room as well as the furniture.
Any style you can describe or show with references. The most requested are modern, Mediterranean, Japandi, Scandinavian and classic. For a development, we usually show two or three styles that match the buyers you expect.
In most markets it is allowed when it is disclosed. We label staged images as virtually staged or as concept visualizations, and recommend that the listing says so too. Check the rules of your portal and your local regulator.
Yes. The style switcher on this page can go on your sales site or inside a 360 tour, so buyers try the styles themselves.
