Four properties, four concepts

Our own concept work on real listings in London, New York and Malta, made from public information and photos of the bare space.

London penthouse: from bare concrete to the finished dome living room on a scroll site
New York duplex: renders, a 360 viewer and our drawing of the plan
Malta penthouse: photos of the shell to a 3D model that matches the plan
Sea-view apartment: walkthrough, floor cutaway and the dining room in four styles

Drag the line: concrete to finished

Buyers cannot see past the concrete

A penthouse in a restored London landmark was put on sale for £39.5 million as a bare concrete shell. Most off-plan and unfinished homes are sold the same way: a floor plan, a few photos of empty rooms and a promise. Buyers who cannot picture the finished home hesitate, ask for discounts or walk away.

Real estate 3D visualization closes that gap. From the plan and phone photos of the shell we show the finished home, room by room, in a form a buyer can open on a phone and send to their partner.

Who it is for

  • Developers selling apartments off-plan, who need a sales site and visuals before the show flat exists.
  • Agents listing an unfinished or dated property, who want buyers to see what it can become.
  • Owners of a shell or a home that needs renovation, who want to sell or rent it at the price of the finished version.

How it works

  1. You send the materials: floor plan, photos of the space as it is, the view, and the finishes if they are chosen.
  2. We agree the scope: which rooms, which styles, whether you need the site and the 360 tour. You get a fixed price and a timeline before any work starts.
  3. First look: we show the key rooms and the 3D model, you comment.
  4. Delivery: renders, videos, the tour and the site on your domain, ready to put on the listing and send to buyers.

Why one team for the visuals and the website

Most visualization studios deliver images and stop there, and the agency that builds the sales site starts from scratch. We are a software company, so the same team makes the renders, the 3D model, the 360 tour and the website that shows them, and keeps them consistent. If you later need an enquiry form that feeds a CRM, a unit availability table or a custom sales tool, it is built on the same foundation.

Frequently asked questions

The floor plan, photos of the space as it is today (phone photos are enough, even of bare concrete), the view from the windows if you have it, and the finish specification or a mood board. If the finishes are not chosen yet, we show the same rooms in several styles.

No. They are concept visualizations of how the finished home will look, made from your plan and photos. We label them as concepts, and the listing should do the same. Where real photos of a finished show flat exist, we use them.

No. The London, New York and Malta work is our own concept work made from public information about those properties, to show what the kit looks like. We are not affiliated with those buildings, their developers or listing agents.

Yes. Many listings need only renders and videos, or only a 360 tour for a website that already exists. We quote each part separately.

It depends on the number of rooms, the number of styles and whether you need the website as well as the visuals. Send us the plan and a few photos and we answer with a fixed price and a timeline before any work starts.
