What the AI Sprint is
The AI Sprint is our fixed-price way to start AI work: in 4 weeks we build and deploy one working AI capability for $10,000. Not a slide deck and not a prototype that lives on a laptop, but a feature, agent or assistant that real users or your team can use at the end of the month.
It is built for companies that know where AI should help but do not want to sign a six-month contract to find out whether it works. One month, one price, one result you can judge.
Who does the work
A small senior team working with AI coding agents. Senior engineers own the architecture, the data flow, security and the quality checks; AI coding agents do much of the routine implementation and testing under their review. That is how we deliver in weeks what usually takes a quarter, and why we can offer a fixed price.
We have shipped AI to real users before. Our own AI product, AI Resume Master, was built in about three months and reached 50,000 monthly active users. For a US startup we built an AI companion with chat history ingestion, persona fine-tuning and RAG memory.
What fits into one sprint

If what you need is bigger, we split it into sprints and agree the order with you.
How the 4 weeks go
- Before the sprint: a 30-minute scoping call. We pick the one capability that matters most, define what done means, and list the data and systems involved. You get a short written scope.
- Week 1: data and first version. Access to systems, model choice measured on your examples, a first end-to-end version behind a test switch.
- Week 2: quality. An evaluation set from your real cases, prompt and retrieval tuning, guardrails for wrong or risky outputs.
- Week 3: integration. Wiring into your product or tools, permissions, cost limits, logging.
- Week 4: launch and handover. Deployment, a short architecture note, cost per request and per month, and a walkthrough with your team.
You see working software every week, not a status report.
What is included and what is not
Included: scoping, design of the AI flow, development, evaluation, deployment, source code in your repository, documentation and a handover call.
Not included: model and hosting bills (paid directly by you, we estimate them up front), large data cleanup projects, and work outside the agreed scope. If the scope grows, it becomes the next sprint.
Price
$10,000 for 4 weeks, fixed. Continue month by month at the same price, or stop after the first sprint and keep everything we built. Our minimum project size is $10,000. For larger products see our AI agent development cost guide or get a range with the price estimate.
