Try it: drag to look around

A live 360 tour of our New York duplex concept, 1,300 feet above Central Park. Pick a room below the view.

Photos show what the photographer chose. A tour lets the buyer choose: turn to the window, look at the ceiling height, check what is behind the door. For a high-value home, that sense of being in the room is what makes a buyer book a viewing or a call.

The problem with off-plan and unfinished property is simple: there is nothing to photograph yet. So we create the finished rooms first and make the tour from them.

What you get

  • Concept panoramas of each main room, finished, with the real view from the windows.
  • A 360 viewer that runs in any browser: drag to look around, switch rooms, zoom, slow automatic turn until the buyer takes over.
  • Your branding on the viewer, and the room names in your language.
  • Hosting on your domain or an embed for your existing site and the portals.

The tour works well on a scroll sales site, next to a 3D model of the floor, and inside listing videos, as in the New York video above.

What we need from you

The floor plan, photos of each room from the centre if possible, the view from the windows and the finish specification. If the finishes are not chosen, the tour can switch between styles.

Frequently asked questions

No. The tour opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. On a phone the buyer drags with a finger; on a laptop with the mouse, and the wheel zooms.

A scan photographs a space that already exists. Our tours show rooms that are not finished yet, from concept panoramas. For a finished show flat a scan is the right tool; for a shell or an off-plan unit, it has nothing to photograph.

Yes. The tour is a small web page that we host on your domain or embed into your existing site with one line of code. On portals that accept a virtual tour link, you paste the link.

Yes, if you want analytics on the tour we connect it to your Google Analytics or similar, so you see how many people opened it and which rooms they visited.
