Why vertical video
Buyers of new homes, especially abroad, scroll Instagram and TikTok long before they open a portal. A 30-second video that shows the shell turning into the finished home does what a listing photo cannot: it makes people stop, watch to the end and ask for the details.
For off-plan property this was hard, because there was nothing to film. With concept renders, a 3D floor model and a 360 tour, the video can show the finished home months before it exists.
What makes these videos work
- The first second is the payoff: the finished room, a price or a striking fact, then the story rewinds to the concrete.
- One story per video: the transformation, the facts, the process or a person.
- Captions on screen, because most people watch without sound.
- One call to action at the end.
- Consistent visuals with the sales site and the listing, because everything comes from one set of renders.
What you get
A set of vertical videos per property or building, each with a cover image and a caption you can post as is, plus short loops for ads and listings. Styles can be shown as a switcher inside the video.
