Client Request

A French marketplace that connects companies with independent IT consultants was going through a rebrand and needed its public web experience rebuilt to match the new identity: landing pages, freelancer search, public freelancer profiles and the sign-up and login flows, all fully responsive.

Problem Solution

Working from the client's new brand guidelines, we designed and developed the public part of the platform: the home and freelancer landing pages, a search engine with expertise, location and rate filters, public consultant profile pages with skills, mobility and recommendations, and the authentication flows (sign-up by user type, login with LinkedIn or email, password recovery). We also built a WordPress blog with job-family and city page templates in the same design system. Every screen was delivered in desktop and mobile versions.

Final Result

The client received a consistent, brand-aligned public experience across desktop and mobile, ready to plug into their existing back office. The project was delivered within a fixed scope and budget, and the design system we set up in Figma is now used by the client's team for the next pages of the platform.

Project Overview

The client runs a marketplace where companies find vetted independent IT consultants for long-term on-site missions. After a rebrand they needed the public-facing part of the platform to reflect the new identity and work equally well on phones, where a growing share of freelancers browse missions. Our scope was the public web experience: design, front-end development and responsive layouts. The back office and internal tools stayed with the client's in-house team.

We started with a design system in Figma built on the new brand: typography, colour palette, buttons, form fields, tags, cards and the shape-based decorative elements that give the site its character. From there we designed and built the home page, the freelancer landing page and the job-family pages that present the platform to each audience.

The core of the work was the freelancer search: a results page with keyword search, selected and suggested expertise tags, filters for location, remote work and daily rate, and result cards that show the essentials at a glance. Each consultant has a public profile page with a short bio, rating and recommendations, availability, mobility zones, job families and expertise levels. Companies can browse without an account and are invited to sign up when they want to get in touch.

We also delivered the authentication flows: a sign-up entry that routes users by type (end client, freelancer, IT services company), login with LinkedIn or email, and the password recovery sequence with its confirmation states. Every screen was produced in a desktop and a mobile version, with the mobile navigation, filters and cards redesigned rather than simply squeezed.

Alongside the platform we set up a WordPress blog in the same design system, with page templates per job family, per city and per job family and city combined. The marketing team can now publish news and SEO landing pages themselves, and the header and footer stay in sync with the main site.
