In just three months, we designed and implemented a tailored task management platform for a telecom company’s support operations in France. Built as an internal CRM, the system supports smooth processing of tickets from both third-party alarm generators and manually created tasks.

The platform’s interface was optimized for ease of use, helping support teams manage responsibilities, assign and reassign work, and respond to service issues in real-time. Integration with Keycloak ensures secure user authentication and role-based access across teams.
