We chose to develop a mobile application for users to make the process quick and comfortable, enabling them to obtain medical insurance with just a few clicks from anywhere. For service providers, a web and mobile version was developed to facilitate client profile management, documents, requests, and other metrics—a full-fledged CRM system.
