The client, a US-based aircraft service company, needed a comprehensive internal ERP system to centralize and streamline their operations. The goal was to integrate all core business processes—client and order management, service scheduling, warehouse management, and government compliance—into a single platform accessible to all staff, from ground workers to the CEO

Problem Solution

We developed a custom ERP system over six months using Symfony/PHP, React JS, SQL, and Mercure. The platform unifies multiple business areas, including client profiles, order processing, aircraft service scheduling, workforce and shift management (integrated with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Team Calendar), real-time warehouse inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance monitoring. This centralized solution ensures that all departments work within one environment, improving communication, transparency, and operational control

The ERP system was fully integrated into the client’s daily operations, providing real-time visibility, streamlined workflows, and enhanced collaboration across all organizational levels. The tool enabled faster decision-making, improved efficiency, and ensured compliance with industry regulations. The ERP system provides a seamless experience across different departments, allowing everything from aircraft service orders to staff scheduling and inventory management to be handled within one platform. This integration ensures that all staff, from technicians on the ground to C-suite executives, have a unified view of the company’s operations. The system also includes features to manage and monitor compliance with government authorities, ensuring the company meets all regulatory standards efficiently.
