The goal was to integrate all core business processes—client and order management, service scheduling, warehouse management, and government compliance—into a single platform accessible to all staff, from ground workers to the CEO

Solution

We developed a custom ERP system over six months using Symfony/PHP, React JS, SQL, and Mercure. The platform unifies multiple business areas, including client profiles, order processing, aircraft service scheduling, workforce and shift management (integrated with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Team Calendar), real-time warehouse inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance monitoring. This centralized solution ensures that all departments work within one environment, improving communication, transparency, and operational control
